SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

     In order to ensure our customers receive superb quality merchandise at the most competitive prices possible, we work directly with suppliers and manufacturers, both domestically and internationally. Please, be aware that processing and shipping times may vary from supplier to supplier. However, standard shipping time is 12-20 days, from the original order date. Typically, orders will arrive in less than 12 days from the original order date. If your order is 20 days or older, please send an inquiry to CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Our customer support staff will contact you immediately and rectify the issue. 

     Please, be sure to always TRACK YOUR ORDER, prior to sending an inquiry to customer service.   

     We currently ship to the following countries: Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States and territories. Note: Some delivery locations may require extra postal instructions or carrier effort. If you live in one of these locations, please be sure to notate any special delivery instructions with your order and anticipate delays accordingly.
